Nina’s journey inspired the fantastic services we provided at StayHome.Care. As a refugee, losing both her parents and raising her siblings, Nina realized her passion for helping others at an early age.
Her son, who was only given four months to live due to being born with multiple medical conditions, survived for four years because of the fantastic in-home care he received. Nina witnessed firsthand how important access to an in-home care provider was.
Years later, Nina worked as a care provider for her grandmother. She then managed a company that provided personalized in-home care services before developing her own specialized company, known today as StayHome.Care.

With more than 24 years of sales and leadership experience, Charles Chase has a passion for helping others find success through innovative solutions.
While serving as Platform Executive for NAE, Chuck has built and found creative ways to use technology to help NAE stand out from the competition. Before joining NAE, Chuck worked as an Account Executive for Frontier Communications and Zurich.
Chuck has achieved accolades that reflect his dedication throughout his career, including Salesman of the Year, Innovative Award, etc. From training and guiding his teams to making sure each client is well-informed and looked after, Chuck is a natural at helping others navigate any situation that may arise and provide insights and ideas to help them achieve their goals.

With an extensive background in management and a reputation for outstanding leadership, Angie Martinez will be overseeing vital aspects of our operations, including Scheduling, Billing, Hiring, Background Checks, and more. This strategic appointment reflects our dedication to enhancing the services we offer to our esteemed clients and maintaining a supportive and thriving environment for our employees.
As part of the StayHome.Care family, Angie Martinez's main focus will be to optimize our internal processes and develop systems that will enable us all to become better in what we do. By implementing best practices and innovative approaches, we aim to create a seamless experience for both our team and our valued clients.

With a rich tapestry of cultural experiences, Sabah began his journey assisting as an interpreter within the vibrant minority and refugee communities of Lincoln, NE. Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, English, and German, his communication skills bridge gaps and build connections. His innate leadership abilities, honed through a solid foundation in business administration and a track record in sales, propel him to empower and uplift others.
Sabah’s zest for health and fitness is not just a personal pursuit but a shared experience, as he actively engages in and coaches our StayHome.Care men's soccer team. This passion for teamwork and wellbeing is what we aim to infuse into the fabric of StayHome.Care. Leading by example, Sabah is dedicated to demonstrating the vital role we play in enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Kristal Alder

During her tenure at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, she was a crucial member of the Provider Executive Team, enhancing her skills in administration, teamwork, and client relations. She also ran her own consulting company and helped in guiding companies and individuals across four states.
A mother of three and grandmother to three, she also holds an automotive technology degree, underscoring her hands-on approach and versatility. Presently, she's embracing the challenge of learning the drums, tackling it with humor and enthusiasm. Kristal's unique mix of innovative expertise and personal experiences will make a substantial impact for StayHome.Care, infusing innovative insights and a collaborative spirit into every project.
